I think am a better mother to all four of my children because I had my 24-weekers first. We didn't take a single word for granted, either. Today is their birthday — and Prematurity Awareness Day (we don't think that's a coincidence). They are 19 years old. We joke that even though they didn't talk until they were 4, they haven't stopped talking since. Thanks for celebrating with us. Best wishes to your family on your journey.Susan Bearmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14991968368214219371noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7993421401336021016.post-74284970566010230052010-11-17T14:54:24.761-07:002010-11-17T14:54:24.761-07:00Thank you so much for participating in the March o...Thank you so much for participating in the March of Dimes Fight for Preemies event. You are right - not every mom can handle a preemie. I am fortunate to have two full term daughters. I am on this BloggersUnite journey to spread the word about the importance of research and hope. I am being forever changed by the blog posts I'm reading today.

--Jaime
http://simplyjaime.comUnknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07915410343257809447noreply@blogger.com
