This flour is perfect for family favorite recipes like bread (on my list to make today!), pizza dough, cookies, muffins and brownies. The product bakes up nice and golden, with a milder flavor than baked goods made with regular whole wheat flour.
Check out Betty Crocker's webpage to find lots of great recipes using Gold Medal White Whole Wheat Flour. Here's one I can't WAIT to try, AND is included with the recipes in this giveaway!

We would make cookies (the oatmeal ones but sub choc chips probably) and bread. I think I would use it in anything that normally needs flour.
