APPLE PORK CHOPS

I have never really eaten pork. I mean, yeah, I eat ham and bacon, but other parts of the pig? Nope, it wasn't something my family had.
In my co-op box last month, we got a bunch of pork chops. And I had no idea what to do with them. I didn't even know how to cook them! so I did some recipe and came across this recipe for apple pork chops.

Here's what you'll need:
- apple pie filling
- stuffing mix
- pork chops
Really, that's it!

dump the apple pie filling in your pan.

place your pork chops over the pie filling

prepare your stuffing mix, however the box tells you to make it. and then cover everything with your stuffing.

Let it cook for about an hour, or until the pork chops are done.

The combination of the sweet apples, stuffing mix, and pork chops is actually VERY tasty. I was a little worried. I'm not one to usually mix fruit with meat. Even K-girl ate a lot!
APPLE PORK CHOPS- 2 cans apple pie filling
- 4 pork chops
- boxed stuffing mix(I used a dairy free kind)
Cover the bottom of your pan with the pie filling. Lay pork chops over the top. Prepare stuffing mix according to directions on package (make about 2 cups worth probably) and lay over everything. Bake for about 45 minutes at 350degs. Check to make sure the pork is cooked thoroughly before serving!
Krystal. I love the ease of this recipe.. I will make it. Bet my children will enjoy this!

We don't do pork chops very often. Every once in a while it's a weird thing that I do crave. I will have to try this when I have a craving strike. I know, it's a weird thing to crave!
