Go make up a batch of the brownie mix. Put 1/2 of it in your pan, lay andes mints out, and then cover then with the rest of it. This is the only picture I have of the brownies, they were eaten WAY too fast!! If I had andes mints, I'd be making then tonight.

ReplyDeleteAnother one of those days I'm glad I live too far from the store to go buy Andes mints. Because I'd eat waaayyyyy too much! I love chocolate and mint together. Someday when I'm feeling strong and full of self-control I will give these a try!
