Appetizer Sandwiches

APPETIZER SANDWICHES

These turned out pretty darn good and made for nice appetizers for a party. Just small enough for a bite or two, but you can't go wrong with little sandwiches.

  • Honey
  • Biscuits
  • mayonnaise
  • mustard
  • ham
  • cheese
  • spinach
  • green onions
  • butter
Cut the biscuits in half, and place on your baking sheet. Smear the tops with mustard.

Mix together the green onions and butter, and the mayonnaise, mustard and honey.

When the biscuits are done cooking, let them cool, and slice them in half. Smear the onion/butter mixture on one side, and the mustard mixture on the other side. Then assemble the sandwiches with cheese, ham, and spinach.

Secure with toothpicks and serve!

  1. I am a huge fan of mustard and these look terrific. Plus, if they are little then we can convince ourselves it's okay when we eat 5 or 6, right : )
